Questions about an order, a product detail, or a custom request? Start here and route the message to the right GOGOJSM workflow.
For order questions, include the order number, the email used at checkout, and the product name so support can find the order quickly.
For custom products, include the product link, preferred color or size, engraving text, and the date you need the item.
Use the custom and bulk order page when you need multiple gift pieces, a wedding or event order, or personalization that is not covered by the standard product page.
If a shipment has already been placed, tracking and carrier timing are handled through the Shopify order flow and the selected shipping service.
